- Ready-made items are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.
- Personalized or custom designs require a minimum of 3 business days for production.
- Backorders: If an item is on backorder, it must be prepared before shipping. Please allow a minimum of 3 additional business days for preparation before dispatch.
- Please note: There are no pickups or deliveries on Sundays in the UAE.
