Welcome to Hooked DXB. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.hookeddxb.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Site or purchasing from us.

1. General

  • Hooked DXB is operated by Hooked Traditional Handicraft Works, a licensed business registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Trade License Number: 1542079
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products

  • All purse hooks are described and photographed as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in color, finish, or details may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or handmade production methods.
  • As each item is handcrafted, minor variations such as small bubbles, uneven texture, or slight resin disformation may occur. These are natural characteristics of the resin art process and do not affect the quality, durability, or functionality of the product.
  • Personalized products will be created exactly as approved by you during the order process. Please ensure that all spelling, colors, and design requests are correct before confirming your order.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.
  • Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.
  • We are not VAT registered; prices do not include VAT and no VAT invoice will be issued.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the available payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Processing & Shipping

  • Delivery times vary depending on the location and chosen delivery option. Full shipping information is available in our Shipping Policy
  • Ready-made items are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
  • Personalized or custom designs require a minimum of 3 business days for production.
  • Backorders require a minimum of 3 business days for preparation before dispatch.
    We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of personalized items, these products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Ready-made, non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Shipping costs for returns (unless due to our error) are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including product designs, images, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Hooked DXB / Hooked Traditional Handicraft Works and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Hooked DXB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
